The mission of the Firehawks is to develop a true and lasting love and passion for the game of lacrosse. The Firehawks are dedicated to developing lacrosse skills, good sportsmanship, teamwork, accountability and respect in a healthy and fun environment. As one of the most competitive clubs in the Bay Area, we also teach the advanced skills needed to succeed at the next level of high school lacrosse and competitive travel teams.
Come out and watch us in action, and see the FIRE and passion in our players and their love for the game, its tradition and culture of respect and giving back to the community.
Congrats to all of our Firehawks teams for an amazing season! Special congrats to our boys U11A, U13A (both of them!) and U15A teams for making the playoffs. U13A's won the NorCal championship, U15A's placed second, and U11's lost a close one in the semi's. Great job to all of our teams! F.I.R.E.!!
Fall Ball registration is now open to both returning and newplayers!
Fall Ball is designed to be instructional and fun, and also serves as tryouts and team placement for spring teams. If a player is interested in playing on a spring team, he or she must attend one or more fall sessions.
The anticipated Fall Ball sessions are as Saturdays and Sundays, September 24 - November 14. Each age group will have 8 sessions, so will practice once a weekend. Field space is still being worked out, but practices will likely be held at either Sequoia or Woodside High Schools.
The age groups will be as follows (both boys and girls):
Firestarters (new players ages 5-6)
8U (skilled 6 year olds and all 7 year olds)
10U (ages 8-9)
12U (ages 10-11)
14U (ages 12-13)
The birthday cutoff is September 1, and the players will register for the age group they will play in for the Spring. For example, if a player will have turned 10 prior to September 1, 2016, then he or she will register for the 12U age group.

All Firehawks helmets should have only the Firehawks decals on them. The picture shows what they should look like when applied. Our preferred helmet color is white. Other acceptable colors are grey or black helmets.
